Sizing and Care

GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE

We carry items in multiple styles and fits — athletic fit, standard fit, and triblend. Use the charts below to find your size before ordering. If you're still unsure, contact us before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

NOTE: For long sleeves and sweatshirts, we recommend ordering one size up. These styles are often worn over base layers and may shrink slightly after washing.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Sizes listed are general guidelines only. Actual fit will vary depending on the style — athletic fit styles run slimmer and shorter than standard fit styles in the same labeled size. Always check the fit type on the product page and refer to the brand-specific size charts below when in doubt.

MEN'S SIZE CHART

The measurements below reflect general sizing guidelines. Athletic fit styles will feel more fitted at the chest and waist; standard fit styles offer more room. If you're between sizes, size up — especially for athletic cuts.

Size Chest (in) Waist (in) Length (in)
S 34–36 28–30 27
M 38–40 32–34 28
L 42–44 36–38 29
XL 46–48 40–42 30
2XL 50–52 44–46 31
3XL 54–56 48–50 32

Measurements are in inches. Measure your chest at the widest point and compare to the chart above. These are approximate ranges — fit will vary by brand and style.

FABRIC DETAILS BY STYLE

Different blanks behave differently when washed. 100% cotton styles are most prone to shrinkage if exposed to high heat. Triblend and poly-blend styles hold their shape better but still benefit from low-heat care.

Style Brand Fabric Fit Weight
Standard Fit Tee Gildan 100% Cotton (preshrunk) Classic / Relaxed 5.3 oz
Athletic Fit Tee American Apparel 100% Combed Cotton Slim / Athletic 4.3 oz
Triblend Tee Next Level 50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon Athletic / Tapered 3.4 oz
Long Sleeve / Sweatshirt Gildan / Mixed 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester (fleece) Standard 7.75 oz

Fabric composition may vary slightly by product. Check individual product pages for specific blank details.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

⚠️ Improper laundering is the #1 cause of shrinkage and faded prints. High heat — whether in the wash or dryer — can cause cotton garments to shrink up to a full size and degrade printed graphics significantly. Follow the guidelines below to keep your gear looking sharp.

Care Step Screen Print DTG Print
Wash Cold water, gentle cycle Cold water, gentle cycle
Turn Inside Out Recommended Required — protects ink
Detergent Mild detergent, no bleach Mild detergent, no bleach
Dry Low heat tumble dry Low heat tumble dry or air dry
Iron Do not iron directly on print Do not iron — heat damages DTG ink
Dry Clean Not recommended Not recommended

Following these care instructions will keep your print vibrant and your shirt fitting right for the long haul. DTG prints in particular benefit from cold wash and air drying — heat is the enemy of ink. Note: Even preshrunk cotton garments can shrink further if washed in hot water or dried on high heat.
