RETURNS | REFUND POLICY

If you received the wrong item or an item with defects, contact us via the CONTACT FORM with order details and photos of the issue and include your order number.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • ITEMS ORDERED THAT ARE THE WRONG SIZE (SHIRTS, SHORTS)
  • ITEMS THAT ARE STUCK IN TRANSIT WITH A CARRIER

NOTE: ITEMS ARE CUSTOM PRINT ON DEMAND AND ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  ONLY REFUNDS ARE GRANTED WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS ON SHIRT SIZING ISSUES DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CUSTOM PRODUCT CREATION METHODS.

THERE ARE SIZING CHARTS FOR THESE ITEMS - PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER

If you think you have a defective item (holes, crooked or offset print), please keep the invoice that came with your order.  We will need you to contact us and send the associated photos to process items that are defective.

SHIRTS | EXCHANGE ITEMS

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM,

OPTION 1

We will need you to return the original shirt or other item before we can send the correct order. We have no way to guarantee that you will return the order unless it arrives (you get our point, right). Once we have the return item, we will ship the CORRECT order, pay for shipping that order and refund the shipping for your return. So basically, we refund every part of shipping back to you - but we still need the item back before we can start.

OPTION 2

You order the new (CORRECT) item and we ship it, once we received the original item (from OPTION 1) we will refund you back the cost of the original item + shipping. 

NOTE: WE WILL GENERATE AND EMAIL YOU A RETURN FORM TO THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS USED TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL ORDER.   

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, a store credit or a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT MAY TAKE LONGER TO APO ADDRESSES BUT YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER. Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to American Marauder is the responsibility of the customer. American Marauder will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS – Please keep in mind that I cannot pay for your shipping of returned items, nor can I pay for the re-shipping of items that you may have ordered in error. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE A PAYMENT FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT IS BEING SENT AS THE EXCHANGE ITSELF. ALL ORDERS AND REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT HOLDER THROUGH PAYPAL.

INSTEAD OF DOUBLE ORDERING OR GETTING THE WRONG SIZE, WE ASK YOU PLEASE COMPARE THE MEASUREMENTS AND FOLLOW THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS TO AVOID DAMAGING YOUR NEW SHIRT. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CART PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE PAYMENT.

American Marauder Apparel will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. We are not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and shrinkage.
